Bricks phase - end June 2017

Bricks were done to termite / water-line on 21st June 2017

Termite (graniteguard) was installed on Friday 23rd June 2017

Rocks were dumped on the driveway to stop mud-slides on Monday 26th June 2017

No work noted 27th or 28th June.

Frame Update - 16th June 2017 and prior

Update 14th June 2017 - 



Update 15th June 2017 - cover over stair-well (for safety, I guess)

Only activity today was to install a cover of sorts over the stair-well.

Update 16th June 2017 - bricks arrived!

Bricks were delivered today, around midday.

Frame Update - 1st June 2017

Well, the carpenters finally reunited, er.. I mean turned up on 31st May.

This is after we found out that not only our Site Supervisor but the Office Coordinator left.

The new Site Supervisor advised that there was a legal issue with the original carpenter, in that they had started work and were obliged for some sort of payment.

Then on 1/6 we received a letter saying we have yet another Site Supervisor. Crazy days!

Anyway, all sorted now, and new carpenters have started work. Some photos below.

Update from 2/6, bottom level complete, awaiting delivery of upper frame.
